Dear Health Bytes Friend,
You already know that your gut health is closely associated with your mental health, but now a new study has shown that the state of your bones is a strong indicator of the state of your mind too!
And, how addressing the one problem could keep you strong and independent in your older years…
Take a look below…
SUPERCHARGE your memory in just 7 days, and help protect it from this weird “silent” threat!
This health formula might be the most powerful memory booster I’ve ever seen…
Help improve focus, alertness and mental clarity…starting from the very first time you use it.
And, you could see and feel REAL significant results in as little as 7 days!
Enlightening study finds link between osteoporosis and the development of Alzheimer’s..
The study was published in the medical journal, Neurology, and the researchers examined and followed over 3,651 people, with an average age of 72, over an 11-year period.
The participants underwent X-rays, bone-density tests and dementia tests at the start of the study, and after four to five years after that during the study period.
None of them was diagnosed with dementia at the start of the study.
Of the 1,211 people who scored the worst on their bone density levels, 90 of them developed dementia within 10 years, while only 57 people in the group of 1211 people with the highest levels of dementia developed the disease within the same period.
After adjusting for age, sex, education and other illnesses, the researchers concluded that people with the lowest bone density were 42% more likely to develop
dementia.
But are these results really that surprising?

Deactivate the ‘silent’ cause of your memory loss!
Have you been growing increasingly concerned about your mental health? Forgetting things, struggling to find the right words, not coping with day-to-day challenges?
If so, you’re not alone. More than half the world’s population suffers from some form of mental degeneration by the age of 60…
So, if you’re having more senior moments than you used to…
If brain fog, fatigue, and memory problems are slowing you down…
What could the link between bone and mental health mean?
While this study only highlighted a link between the two, it’s possibly not that surprising…
After all, two risk factors for low bone density are poor nutrition and lack of exercise (or not enough of it)…
So, if your body is not absorbing nutrients properly through the digestive system, neither your bones, or your brain will be adequately nourished to function optimally. And, similarly the rest of the body too…
And, if you’re not exercising enough to strengthen your bones, your brain is suffering for it too…
So speak to your doctor about checking your stomach acid levels to ensure there’s enough of it to do the job right (and don’t get swayed by heartburn – that generally doesn’t mean you have too much stomach acid), and move your body – even a walk once or twice a day for as far as you can manage helps.
To a healthier and happier life,
