Common sense steps to crush obesity…

Follow these steps to swing your health around so the pendulum sweighs in a good space:

1. Drink two litres of water per day (unemotionally measure it and make sure it happens)

2. After 3 days, choose something healthy to eat instead of processed, refined, or sugary foods.
