What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, direct debit and electronic transfer (EFT).
Can I pay by bank transfer via the internet?
Yes, we currently offer clients the option to pay by Secure Instant Deposit (SID). SID is a web-based payment service that allows customers to pay an online merchant directly from their bank account via their Internet banking facility (electronic transfer).
SID uses the most advanced security features available on the Internet and although SID invokes your Internet Banking service, it does not access or store your Internet Banking identifier or password. Your session occurs directly between your PC and your bank in the same way as if you had logged into your bank’s Internet Banking system separately from any SID transaction.
SID just automates the process of filling in all of the payment details for you.

Is it safe to pay for products online?

Please check to see if you have spelt the suburb correctly as the official spelling may differ. All postal codes and suburbs are taken directly from the South African Post Office.

I don’t have an email address can I place an order?
No you cannot place and order online without an email address, please set up a free email with Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail. Or contact Customer Services to place an order over the phone.

What is your return policy?
Most of our products have a money-back guarantee period ranging between 7 days and 60 days, depending on the product. If you cancel and return the product to us during the money-back, we will refund your purchase. No quibbles.
Can I cancel my Natural Health Dossier subscription at any time after the trial period?
Yes, and if you have paid an annual subscription you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for all the un-published issues.
Do you ship to the rest of Africa?
FSP only couriers within South Africa. Orders for digital products and subscriptions can be fulfilled internationally.
What are newsletters?
These are 8 to 12 page information booklets containing expert information by Dr Craige Golding! They contain no third party advertising.
Are your newsletters subscriptions only?
Yes, you cannot purchase copies of our publications on the newsstand.

Does FSP Health give medical advice?
We cannot offer personal medical advice but Dr Golding does address reader queries in Natural Health Dossier and Health Bytes. So you can send your editorial queries in to Antoinette@fsp.co.za
Does FSP Health have Doctors that I can speak to?
No, but you can phone the The South African Society of Integrated Medicine or any other Health organisation and get a list of Medical Doctors that practise natural or integrative medicine in your area. These organisations are not aligned with Fleet Street Publications in any way.
Can I come to your office to buy the books/supplements?
No, we are not a retailer and therefore do not keep stock in the office. We will courier your purchase to you.
Where do I return my books/products to if I don’t feel they’re right for me?
All our books/products that we deliver come with a return address which you can use to send it back to us.

Who is Dr Golding?
Dr Craige Golding earned his medical degree from Pretoria University (cum laude) over 20 years ago. He received his Masters in Medical Science from the University of South Florida (magna cum laude) and is the only board certified member of the American Board of Anti-Ageing and Regenerative Medicine in Africa.
